Cashmere Care
Cashmere can be washed gently by hand as well as in the gentle wool wash cycle of the washing machine. For both washing methods, the water should not be warmer than 30 degrees. The choice of detergent is also crucial - that's why you'll find a detergent in our range that is specially formulated for the needs of high-quality cashmere. Cashmere should not be wrung out vigorously after washing. You should also avoid using the dryer so that the fabric does not shrink. We recommend: Gently squeeze the damp fabric with a towel and then leave it to dry lying down. You can find more information about drying cashmere here.
Especially in the summer months, the soft cashmere piece often ends up back in the wardrobe. But to ensure that the cashmere fabric is just as cosy next autumn as it was in spring, it is best to store the delicate wool horizontally. To effectively prevent moth infestation, we recommend using cedar wood . The natural scent of this wood helps with pest control. You can find more information about storing cashmere here.
Shipping
The time span for deliveries is made up of two time periods:
1) Processing time (1 working day):
Order confirmation, customisation, quality check, packaging.
Within 12-24h after the order is placed, it is checked and released. Once the order is released in our system, a final quality check is made and then packed for shipment.
2) Delivery time
The duration from our international shipping centre in Germany to the place of delivery.
Standard shipping (free of charge)
Germany, Austria: 3-5 working days
Rest of Europe: 4-8 working days
Outside Europe: 5-10 working days
Standard shipping is free for our customers in the EU. For all other countries 18€ shipping costs will be charged. Customs duties (to Switzerland) are paid by the customer.
After the package is packed, it will be handed over to the packing service and you will receive a tracking email.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

Our secure SSL encryption protects all payment transactions against interception and manipulation during transmission.
The refund of the purchase price will be made in the same payment method as the purchase. Please note that up to 7 days may elapse between the receipt of the return and the credit to be issued. Once we have received your return and processed a reversal, we will notify you by email. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, the amount of time it takes to receive your refund will depend on your credit card company. Your credit will be visible on your next credit card statement.
Return
You have 30 days after receiving your package to arrange a return or exchange an item. If you would like to make a return, you can contact our customer service in advance on +43 139 880 08 or by email to contact@moglimartini.com. Please let us know your order number in the course of this.
The order number can be found in the order confirmation via e-mail or on your delivery note.
After you have contacted us, we will immediately send you a return note.
Exchange
You have 30 days after receiving your package to arrange a return or exchange an item. However, an exchange is only possible if the product you want is still available.
